如家集团旗下商务型酒店，硬件设施不错，房间细节设计不错。地理位置还行，距离崇安寺南禅寺打车十来块，但距离地铁站稍远。往北走不远的哥伦布广场觅食较为方便。唯一不满的是酒店人员的服务水平，第一天入住时说查不到我们的预定，在我们提出通过携程预定时他们才找到。其次，酒店人员不知道我们预定的入住天数，实际预定两晚，而酒店人员却在第二天下午询问我们是不是续住，完全不知道我们在携程上预定了两晚，并且还回报给携程说我们第一晚住完已经退房。这样的服务水准与其商务酒店的定位完全不匹配！
