酒店很大，环境很好，然后酒店的服务人员特别热情，包括门口的保安，酒店大堂的经理，特别是那个大堂副总还帮我们把行李送到房间拉，很热情，说有任何问题给他打电话，非常棒，很亲切。酒店的泳池也不错，就是那个躺椅很脏，房间很大很干净，晚上还送了酸奶和小点心，很贴心。然后晚餐就在酒店里吃，价钱不贵，味道不错。就是给我们的米饭是冷的，估计吃白米饭的人少，餐厅旁边还有一个小孩玩的地方。酒店总体不错，下次来无锡还住这边。
