前台及客房服务挺好。设施稍旧，但一般用品都有。浴缸坏了没修。床品一般。走廊电梯处太暗，感觉不好。早餐还可以。与四星有差距。

错的酒店，干净，宽敞，可以停车，价格也不贵，在市中心，吃东西买东西，出行都非常方便，店里工作人员也态度非常好非常热情，赞，有机会还会去住! .

这应该是目前当地最好的酒店了，没有之一。这是和五月大酒店对比后得出的结论。
地段较好，位于比较热闹的老城区，周边的生活设施还算齐全。人气较旺，停车场可以看到来自五湖四海的车辆，可惜没有地下车库。游泳池是露天的，面积也较小。不过，对于四星酒店来说，本来就是不做要求的。餐厅还不错，在另外一幢楼，要从一楼走过去，有些不便。
工作人员的服务还是比较专业的，虽然再热情点会更好。
房间大小中规中矩，里面的设施有点旧，不过还算都有，电视节目的设置和节目单上的出入较大，软性服务不够到位。
自助早餐品种不算多，可以管饱。
听楼下的小哥介绍，酒店正在准备申请五星。希望下次会更好。

服务意识越来越差，刚去前台办理入住时，我在前台站了一会拿身份证，前台也是闷着不做声，全程无语，好像睡****500万似的

酒店很漂亮，干净，卫生。自助餐不错，客房服务员点赞，我洗完的衣服放在卫生间，服务员搞卫生的时候帮我把衣服拿去楼顶晒。很贴心的服务，下次还会入住。
