酒店的服务员都比较热情，粤语、普通话、英文沟通都能应对，感觉服务员整体素质比较高。酒店里的水果、巧克力、真花插花这些贴心的细节，让我们感觉很暖心。

早餐没有熟菜，全是凉菜，并且鸡蛋也没有水果也不提供！最主要的是房间里连牙刷都没有，怎么刷牙！服务员也不是很专业！

酒店位于高速公路出口，停车方便，我们要的家庭套房，正好靠路边，晚上还是比较吵，车来车往声音很响，如果靠里面的话估计会好一点。酒店卫生还不错，入住了三天，服务员每天都会来打扫卫生，更换洗漱用品，每天都帮我们重新铺好床，还是挺好的。酒店前台的两位小姐姐很热情，不错！唯一不足的是，酒店的早餐真心不好，没啥东西可吃，稍微去晚一点就没有了。餐厅里的阿姨态度也不好，希望能有所改进，服务业关键在于服务不是吗。以后早餐希望酒店能做的更丰富一些，这样也能得到客人的好评。还有酒店的中央空调希望能修一修，冬天开了暖气，结果吹出来的风是冷风，调到32度也是一样的冷风呼呼，这大冬天的别提多冷了，浴室里也没有浴霸，空调又不行，本来想洗个澡，直接放弃了。交通不是很便利，因为位置比较偏，如果是自驾倒是不影响，要不然交通上会很不方便。其他总体满意，以后有机会还会来入住的。
