一，在携程网订了该酒店6一7层的湖景房，但给的是4层的，也没什么解释，后来提出来就说你已经住进了，就不能换，无语。二，总台为开发票之事，开始一口拒绝不开，后通过携程与酒店的反复沟通，总算开了，但感觉很奇怪，钱直接付给酒店的，为什要一凭证也不可以。三，房间卫生不打扫的，后来打了电话才来了，服务员但说了许多理由不打扫的原因，真的很难理解，665元一夜的房间 比一般民宿的服务也达不到。与外面的景色真的太不协调了。

从上海自驾去的，酒店有温泉，不过要付费的，不是周末去酒店空置率很高，我们到了酒店附近逛逛，空气和环境都很好
