每年都会去武义泡温泉，相比去年，泡温泉没有以前方便了，原本八号楼电梯下去就可以泡温泉，现在要走路或者坐电瓶车过去！酒店措施也比较老了，餐厅上菜慢，菜的口味也没有前几年好吃了！希望都有所改善！

打电话确认过有园林温泉房，到了酒店竟然说没有了，一开始没怎么说就说给我精品温泉房然而我不喜欢，好在领班最后给了我们八号楼不对外出售的大套房。抛开这些整个泡温泉体验是不错的，女朋友很喜欢很开心

温泉不错，很多池子。就是服务态度有待提高。接送电瓶车安排需合理。没电是酒店要解决的问题

店面古色古香，空气好，这服务嘛！只能说是勉强，可能是刚刚有什么会议撞上了，也可能是网络系统出问题了，给了两天的钱，住了一天显示说我们要离店，让我们退房！当时那个郁闷！不止我们这样，一层楼好几个房间都是这样！这温泉也还行，另外收费，一人一次快200块钱。
