酒店整体感觉不错，服务态度很好，各个部门都能让人感觉到主动服务的意识。餐厅的小哥主动提醒我们所点的两道菜是相似的，并推荐了一个相对便宜的特色菜。酒店位于南北门中间，坐车很方便。美中不足是房门隔音效果差，空调制热效果不好而且总机不是一直开启的。

酒店装修不错，设施人性化，我们两家一行六人订的三间房，酒店距离景区不远，坐竹筏子进山非常方便，出租车司机会给你讲他自己的茶叶厂有多么正宗，不过的哥确实没有漫天要价，他会要你很少的钱接送你去各个景点，但是你要去他的茶店里品茶……这家酒店的早餐非常丰富，中西早餐品种花样多，服务周到。
