昨天入住的悦华酒店，从下车开始就感受到悦华温馨的服务，宾客经理苏娜很热情的接待我们，带我们到前台办入住。
2.无条件升级房型，开门见山，大王峰随时和你say hi
前台的自庆和增辉态度非常好，全程笑脸相迎.
3.增值服务超级多，下午茶，接送车，晚上还有小点心
在入住期间宾客经理多次问候，主动帮忙订下午茶和接送车，退房时周晗和秀珍办理迅速，而且态度热情，非常满意！
4.退房超级快，还有小邱很热心主动的帮我拿行李上车。悦华酒店的服务非常棒，下次来还会选择这家酒店，全程五星！

过年前在这里住了十几天，酒店设施很新，交通方便，设施完善。前台接待和行李生人特别好！管家非常贴心 每天都有下午茶小点心，晚上安保设施很棒，保安大叔非常敬业，有几位前台接待和行李生忘记了名字，人特别好！！！所以这次选择再次入住！！待会儿询问下追评。

酒店设施稍微有点旧，但是干净卫生，服务也不错。陈金英等服务员们工作专业态度也很好。酒店位置闹中取静，去哪里都方便，以后去武夷山还会订这里。

悦华应该是武夷山排名靠前的酒店了，环境不错。酒店的服务人员也很热情，特别是负责房间管家吴丽姬，很热情贴心，点个赞。酒店的设施方面，要吐槽下电视节目，那是普通客栈的水平，还有游泳池，水温太低了。其它的都不错👍

酒店地理位置好，环境优美，从入住到退房都是一个完美的体验，大堂服务尤其热情，办理入住手续较快，到了酒店就像到了家一样温馨舒适，特别是酒店，特别是酒店客服张永慧经理更是热情周到的服务让住店客人感受了就像家人一样的温暖🌹🌹
