房间很干净，被单和毛巾都换了全新的。设施较为陈旧，标间的单人床太小了，带孩子的不适合。

国庆期间游玩武夷山，3日入住此酒店，5日离开。酒店虽挂牌三星，硬件和软件都相去甚远。房间里都没有吹风机，打电话去客服服务借，答曰借完没有了。。。早餐更是差的要命，煮鸡蛋的边上还立块牌子“每人限量1个鸡蛋”真是可笑。我绝对不会再住这家酒店。

房间有一股很难闻的味道，电视是以前的旧电视，床也有点旧，下楼要求服务员帮我第二晚换过一间，因为订了两晚，付款了，没有办法，而且艺龙是不允许退房，酒店也同意换房，但换的房洗手间一开门就好像整个房间都拆了一样，吓倒了小孩子。
