由于地势比较低吧，房间比较潮湿霉味很浓很薰人本来打算住两个晚上的，最后因为第一个晚上被薰得没有睡好第二天就退房了!希望有所改善!

老的“邮电宾馆”改造的，且听服务员讲多次转让更换不同的经营者，以致酒店毫无管理和服务的规范可言。前台人员业务生疏，并且制作的房卡无法开门。关键是我们定的豪华大床房却被分到了遥远的3号楼，途中一会坐电梯，一会儿上楼梯，一会儿再下楼梯，且3号楼的公共走廊区域没有空调。这种情况下当走到自己房间门口时已是大汗淋漓，而且房卡还打不开房门。
进入房间后分体空调基本不制冷，冰箱不插电源，冰箱门打开后一股发霉味道。房间面积狭小，床尾下穿行最多过一个人。卫生间淋浴顶喷无法使用。
晚上十点还被酒店内按摩中心电话骚扰！
坦率说，这么烂的酒店本人近十几年来已经没有遇到过了。在过去的八、九十年代的老三星酒店曾经倒是有过。

正好赶上武夷山多年不遇的极寒，房间好冷……
前台服务员不知是否受天气影响，态度很不友好，反复强调本酒店房间价格在400以上，感觉很是鄙视我在艺龙订的低价房。
