酒店的设施很好，房间够大气派，服务业不错，就是偏了一些，500多的房间还不含早餐，况且早餐也就一般，建议改进一下。

酒店整体外部环境不错，因为比邻高尔夫球场所以空气很好，空间也大，适合全家出游入住。房间内部设备略旧不足五星，2、3号楼如果不开车的话步行稍远，胜在安静和环境好。酒店位置确实稍偏，不开车的话进出不方便。说说不足：1.总机经常没人接，需要服务时不方便，前台较小，对五星酒店来说小气了些。2、室内泳池是摆设，设计上就有问题，室外泳池是对外开放的，且服务员态度超差。带着1岁多的孩子去游泳，被告知小孩必须戴泳帽，一顶泳帽30元，没办法，只好回2号楼取。等待期间发现泳池里不光小孩，很多大人都没带泳帽，问了救生员问了领班都说儿童池的小朋友不用戴泳帽，好吧，既然这样，那我来回折腾10多分钟算谁的错误？你们的制度是区分不同人不同对待的吗？五星酒店把住店客人放在什么位置？关于这个投诉，至今为止没任何人给我回复，没任何人出面处理。在这点上，跟悦华比就是差得多。客人住店挑什么？不光挑硬件好不好，更重要的是服务跟不跟得上，住的舒心不舒心。
