位置在县城的步行街朱子街对面，离火车站3公里左右，假若要去婺源各种景点旅游的话是相对较远，在婺源交通不是很方便，除此以外其他住宿条件都很不错，假若是当天较晚到婺源而且要为第二天去景点而购置出行物资的话还算方便吧，是个不错的选择。
