房价有点高，与设施不成比例，早上靠马路有点吵。马路对面就是早餐还是比较方便。

清华镇条件最好的吧，房间很干净也很整齐，离彩虹桥景区很近，走几百米就到，楼下好停车，酒店对面有烧烤，斜对面的古镇酒家菜很好吃，前台服务态度很好，值得推荐，唯一遗憾，卫生间是蹲坑。。。

应该是清华镇条件最好的宾馆了！自己有个院子可以停车，对于自驾的朋友是最好的选择！距离彩虹桥还是有段路程，开车前往较好！被子稍微有些厚！卫生还好！

酒店位置不错，离彩虹桥很近，离大鄣山也不远，卫生间设施稍差点，不知道是不是婺源的特色就是这样，热水倒是24小时供应的，就是在马桶旁边洗澡感觉怪怪的啊。前台很热情，下次来婺源，我还是会住这里。

镇上的宾馆，不能奢求太多，评分不高是因为价格与房间实在不匹配，不过宾馆院子里的饭菜性价比较高

酒店有前后两个楼，前楼临街，很吵，住的人也很杂，旅游团队住得多，当晚一些年轻人在房间开着门喧哗吵闹也没人管。
后楼很安静，房间也稍好些。停车场在两个楼之间挺安全的。
总之觉得宾馆管理不够细致，卫生打扫的很马虎，大厅的地面黏糊糊的。
老板人倒是很不错。
