入住当日没有收到酒店确认电话，下午3；50赶到酒店，被酒店告知没有房间了，马上联系艺龙，也没得到很好地处理结果，后来遇上一位热心的团队导游让了我们3间标房，与我同行的还有一位网友竟然能够顺利入住，后来才通过讨论才得知由于我是提前一个多月订的房价158元，而他是提前几天订的房价260元。虽然最后还是住进去了但是以后真不敢在艺龙订房了
