酒店服务态度很好，总台服务热情办事效率高，特别是退房如五星级酒店一般快速，楼层客房清洁员热心帮助解决客人困难，衣架不夠用立即送来，酒店位置好，离高铁站近且有公交车(共4路)直接到达，很方便，楼下有小吃一条街，体验当地美食，下次来梧州一定还住该酒店，谢谢了！维也纳酒店！

标双比豪华双要高级，床更大，一张超大床加一张一米二的床，很软很舒服，床具很新但无异味，都有一高一低枕头，低枕里面还有颗粒包，不懂是不是决明子哈哈。楼层很安静远离KTV，就因为这点放弃了豪双。然后和前台提的话可以免费获得早餐券，第二天早餐吃的很饱，但缺点是隔音门外和窗外不够好，半夜三点多被隔壁关门离开还在楼道讨论吵醒，五点七点也分别被其他房间关门离开吵醒，门的设计不太安静，轻轻一关也比较吵人，也可能是我那晚睡眠不好所以醒的多。房中设备很人性，空调是内嵌的，不容易对人吹。牙膏中华牌的，厕所镜子可拉伸，总之两百块钱住到这么豪华的酒店还是很赞的。
