设施陈旧，维修跟不上，三部电梯没有联选，房间卫生间的门框已经腐朽，卫生间门关不上，健身房的设备有些已经损坏，游泳池是露天的，早餐另点付费，加上早餐的费用，他的房费并不便宜。
