这是碧桂园与一呆集团的合作，一呆负责样板房的出租。碧桂园的环境和物业很好，一呆的服务有待提高。有早餐，就在售楼中心的一楼，粉面粥只能选择一种。适合朋友家人度假游玩，自驾方便，有停车场，开车到市区约30多分钟。有高尔夫球场，小孩的小型游乐场和烧烤搞活动的场地。
