说说住的感受，一是卫生间的洗脸盆一用脚下全是水，给前台反应了三次，没人管。二是一会停热水一会停凉水，中午洗头基本是凉水洗完的，晚上洗澡水烫的没法用，反映给前台，前台说是顶楼水压的问题，一会就好，事实是过了好几个会都没好，也不给换房，而且前台说话很不耐烦，还说没法解决，要么找他们经理去。三是在艺龙上订的卡森酒店全在顶楼，而且到店付118元和平时到店里开房是一样的，别人还是在低楼层。四是电视可怜的只能看三四个台，浙江湖南这种卫视根本不可能看到。五是房间里十分钟沙漏服务承诺纯属虚设。再看看我早上接的刷牙水，还是热水，脏的恶心，强烈建议不要选择。
