在携程上订佳宜迷你小间68，预定房，已付款，被告知没有了，店家甲出于好心，找了一间迷你，貌似是她们自己住的房子，接待室旁边的屋子，屋内挂了好多衣服，作为我不愿意住这样的房子，和店家协商75现开了一间，比较划算的房子，屋内设施比较简陋，热水器不上水，没拖鞋，这也就罢了，晚间和携程客服、店家联系过，预定房显示已消费，无退款选项，第二天，退房时和店家协商退款事宜，店家让多交10元按携程预定房算，无果后，另一女店家乙就说房子给我算的便宜，在和携程客服通话中，说是因为顾客看不上她们提供的迷你间而申请退款！事实上怎么样，店家心知肚明，最后三个女店家当着我的面打架，乙骂我还不死走之内的话，虽然最后携程退款了，但特别不开心的一次象牙公寓住店，这样的店家乙是爷！
