定的家庭套房没有给预留，到酒店的时候和我们说没有了，但是最终解决方案是按照原价格给我们两个标间，这点还不错。没有热水（放了很久都没热，服务员说给看看，一直也没见到来人），让客服多拿床被子也没给拿来，其他的方面还可以

卫生间味儿一直很大，还有一大圈头发，放十多分钟终于有热水了，可是水小得可怜，枕头、床单上还有印子，一看就是没有更换，卫生太不干净了。

酒店有点陈旧。大堂地面不是很干净，照明有点问题，风光一闪一闪的。房间挺大。卫生间淋浴没有热水，换到其他房间洗，水流小。洗面池的水比较小，而且水流特别往外面，一洗东西的话全溅到衣服上。
