前台管理混乱，我在艺龙网订的房、付的房费，续住也是在网上续的房费，住过好多次了，因在外办事，超过一点（两点左右），忘记到前台办理退房手续，居然不徇问是否续住就直接扣了我两间房各半天房费，经与前台协商无果，而且主管态度很差，这种行为直接损害了消费者的权益、酒店形象和艺龙网的信誉。
