真受不了，必须批评几句：住了一个月强烈推荐办金卡，说得app上订。住了15天，可以升级铂金卡，却说我住的不行，过了几天又问，说是可以升，但得退房，退房后再订价格要比最初订的要高。说了半天，经理都没解释明白。要是给不起金卡、铂金卡的优惠，就别忽悠用户办卡！真是够了！！！
