万达广场1号楼，小区交通便利，楼下周边500米小吃、餐厅、超市、城墙、影院俱全，房间是一室一厅一厨一卫格局，适合一家老小常住，可以做饭，还有电脑可上网，价格合理实惠。就是设施有点旧，床垫不平整睡上不太舒服，卫生间淋浴头蛇皮管漏水，沙发不太干净。其实店家可以装修几间档次高点的房间，价格高点都无所谓。

整体挺好的，很有家的感觉，我们到的时候凌晨一点多，老板人很好，免费帮我们换了大房间，屋里没有热水，附近方便
