酒店交通便利，离地铁站非常近，服务人员极其热情！前台客房餐厅每个人见了人都会热情的打招呼！给人非常温暖的感觉，大堂装修很不错，有小超市，还有好多书，可以借到房间，早餐很棒，，尤其厨师的馄饨可以说是一绝！床品舒服，睡到不想起，热水很给力，温度刚好。非常方便。酒店有停车场，停车也方便，总得来说，非常棒！！！推荐大家入住！！

酒店非常的不错，干净卫生而且为客人想的非常周全，洗漱用品洗护用品全部都有，还有不论是工作人员还是打扫卫生的阿姨只要见了你都是您好您好，都不好意思了，酒店的床品很舒服，晚上睡觉隔音效果也很好，枕头高度适中，房间有蓝牙，连上自己的手机，躺在床上想听什么音乐随便放，让住酒店不在那么乏味，在我看来这家酒店还是非常有自己的特色的， 在说说办入住接待我的前台小姐姐，不不确切的说我应该称她是小妹妹，人长得非常漂亮，但最最吸引我的不是漂亮而是她的服务，带我们挑选房间看了好几间房，不但没有任何怨言态度还非常的好，选定房间后下楼办入住然后还帮我们拿行李，送进电梯后还有一个深深的鞠躬，简直让我们客人感受到了帝王般的待遇，让我们有一种回到家的感觉，开了一天的车疲惫也瞬间被她的温暖给带走了，下次来西安我依然会选择这里。

到前台办入住的时候说我的订单需要在前台付房费，可是第二天退房之后收到短信被扣款了，联系客服进行处理，扣款很快就退回来了，对处理的过程和结果还是很满意的
