来西安三天，终于在大雁塔旅游时定到希岸酒店，位置相当好，楼下吃喝非常方便，出门就是景区，夜景非常漂亮，虽然赶时间就住了一晚，房间很大，房间配置非常好，感觉非常棒，干净舒适，下次来西安一定还要住这里！

在别的城市住过希岸感觉还不错，所以这次就定了这，但没想到让我这么失望。在大堂去了卫生间，那叫一个脏呀，你们品牌的宗旨是什么？和前台反应此情况后，前台尽然和我说因为阿姨请假了……也没说立即打扫，这个回答我服了！晚上洗澡时，忽然没热水了… 第二天早上要洗漱，又没热水了…阿姨打扫别的房间还在唱歌，房间隔音不好，真的是把我吵醒了，总体感觉就是醉了，很失望！
