很棒的一次体验，到达酒店之后，前台的妹妹很热心，特别是李红英非常棒，因为我网上操作失误有重复订单，耐心地帮我查看然后告诉我解决方式，再把我送到房间详细介绍了酒店配套设施的使用方式，很贴心，已经推荐朋友过来入住了！

最不愉快的一次住宿，导航不会到门口，门口大树很茂密不醒目所以开过了，打电话问前台居然让往前开，转了一圈。酒店没有停车场，酒店旁边停车场晚上十点过去次日退房十一点不到收费四十元，房间很小，还有什么怪味。明明没有开影视，睡到半夜音响自动响了，声音很大很大，硬是把人活生生吓醒，这样来回两次，后面直接起来把电卡拔了才算是休息了几小时！

距离地铁1号线安远门站500米左右，门口就是公交车站，交通非常方便；酒店设备设施距离比较先进，尤其是机器人小白特别可爱，孩子非常喜欢；服务热情周到，绝对是宾至如归的感觉；早餐简单干净，口味不错。下次来西安的时候还会选择入住。
