首先从入住开始，酒店不能开增值税专用发票，不能开专票！房间太小，我住的影音房，有投影，没有三D眼镜，这是影音房吗？可能是我要求太高，马桶在卫生间外和床相临，总感觉哪里不舒服，浴室地下防水没做好，洗了个澡好想水漫金山，床挺舒服，早上起来去吃早餐，一进餐厅下我一跳，满桌的残羹剩饭和餐具，是要告诉我刚才的场景有多火爆吗！？还好在角落找到一个位置坐下来，好嘛，盘子挺多，菜所剩无几，确实是新酒店，有待完善！

由于误车导致夜里才到西安 提前给酒店打电话沟通 前台给留好了房间 我们到酒店已经将近一点了 很快的办理了入住手续 房间干净整洁 服务态度也很好 美中不足早餐希望能改善一下 早餐时间是到九点半 可是我们九点到了餐厅就已经没什么东西了 总体来说还是值得推荐的 给个好评吧

带着母亲和孩子来西安休假，预定了三间豪华标间，因昨晚酒店停车场东侧别的小区施工没有休息好，今天续住时，给前台沟通换房事宜，酒店很重视，前台员工和酒店经理跑了几次，尤其是酒店经理在员工去调换房卡时，一直陪着我们，亲切的交谈，直到房卡送上来，房间空调温度调整到合适后，才去忙别的事情。酒店经理和员工的热情，给了我们一种回家的感觉，感谢酒店给了我们一次愉快的西安之行。
