环境非常好，非常温馨，车也好停，服务态度也很好，位置在西安市中心离回民街还有钟楼鼓楼都很近，晚上很好玩，下次我还会选择维也纳酒店入住，因为放心所以安心！

酒店环境还是不错的，周边的配套设施也还可以，唯一的缺点就是没有早饭，其它都还不错，价格也不是很贵，可以接受

周边比较不太好找，跟着导航走了还蛮久的，吃饭的地方还算可以。走去回民街要十几分钟的样子。
酒店的设置也可以，安全也不错。
第2天早上想出去吃早餐，下雨了然后问服务员拿雨伞，居然早上7:00多就说没有雨伞了。
这个维也纳的房间比较小，装修也还行，感觉不值300多块钱。

靠强制性的五分好评送礼品的方式来获得高分，不道德也不诚信。因为订了一早出发晚上回来的一日游，才无奈续订了一天，房间极小，卫生间两个平方？在这里的住宿，颠覆了我对维也纳品牌一贯的好印象！影音房根本就不能正常放映，还不能看电视，闷热无比，换到了低等级房，不退差价也就算了，还一再要旅客现场五分好评，说这样就可以和大家一样给礼品，谁稀罕你的礼品呢？希望那些为了礼品违心给高分的，积点德别误导了后来者。
