卫生间太差，没隔断，下水道不通畅，毛巾也感觉不像大酒店那么干净卫生。但有车送西安北站方便，服务态度也很好。

酒店装修很不错，但是设施简陋了点，挂衣服就一个挂钩，尤其是卫生间太简陋，淋浴和马桶没有做分隔，而且热水不稳定，忽冷忽热。
