这个酒店自它们刚试营业我们就在那经常住。这次太失望了。服务态度有问题 住了这么多酒店没见过这样拽的前台 忘带身份证连房间都不让进 楼都不让上。说给登记一下都不行 不让住最起码态度端正 另外一个前台给我们登记了房间这个前台还骂骂咧咧的 给谁脸色看呢。真恶心。以后都不会在去了 第一次遇见这种情况
