很垃圾，办理入住，酒店前台没有把身份证还给我，导致我坐飞机住酒店都受影响，酒店还不承认，还诬陷我，说是我自己的问题。服务极度恶劣。这样的酒店，不会住第二次。超级垃圾，各种推诿，老板，酒店管理者更是推卸责任，无耻之极！
