第四次来西安的感觉就被住宿破坏了1.当天来前台登记时大厅里弥漫着呛人的油烟味，说下面有个饭店2.房间被安排最顶头的拐角处，朝大马路隔音一塌糊涂3.晚上过了12点洗澡，放了5、6分钟基本无热水，打电话去前台，前台居然说你再放5、6分钟，因为过了12点了没人用热水，管子里有冷水，孩子脱光了等热水差点没感冒，最后放出的热水大概就20度左右哦，像撒尿一样；3.第二天结账，居然说我是团购没有发票，我说我钱是你们收的当然是你们提供发票，然后前台说我在清单上签名了，上面写着没有发票，我最后也不和她理论直接在携程APP中找到由店家提供发票，她没声音了，最后和老板打了电话才把发票给我。总体来说服务态度有待提高.

不错，这个季节这个位置居然还有这样的酒店。酒店位置不错，有停车场，卫生也可以，主要是地处市中心。

服务好，环境也不错，值得推荐。刚好碰上前厅装修，但是服务人员态度好，接待很到位，让客户感觉很亲切，网络也不错！
