和小伙伴两家四大二小第一次去西安，提前40天，网上找了很久终于确定住宿富凯禧玥。到出行前一天都没有收到艺龙或者酒店方的确认电话，于是我打电话给酒店，再次确认到店时间和两件家庭房。告诉我由于每层只有一件，所以我们分别在9楼和10楼。23号下午办理入住时告知，因为9楼的客人没有退房，所以帮我们升级一套到套间，会免费加床。问题是，我们先订的，个人觉得酒店处理上有问题。不是给我升级了我就必须会满意。凡事都有先来后到，况且前一晚我还特地确认过。我们住进820工作人员才开始给我们加床。优点：地理位置不错、房间空间大、科勒卫浴、供暖足、卫生好、每天四瓶矿泉水、两听冰峰两听零度可乐、茶包等。缺点：紧挨着西安最大夜场“金翅鸟”，凌晨一点左右劲爆的音乐才会消停；钟楼每小时准点报时；政府大楼非周末六点多开始运动员进行曲＋国歌，声音直冲入云霄。不含早餐，但可以订，品种丰富口味地道。酒店出门左手边有一家“粗茶淡饭”是很地道的陕西菜，价格实惠。除去不安静的最大问题，酒店本身还是不错的。
