地理位置较好，距离地铁，回民街，钟楼鼓楼都不是很远，服务热情，还有小零食赠送，点名表扬收拾卫生的关亚，和天天送小零食的服务员段小燕，郭蕊宁。

酒店设施老旧，地毯很脏，但是房间很大。地理位置非常好，地铁公交都很方便。服务员待人有礼，热情。每天都有人收拾房间。

酒店位置优越，对面巷子里很多本地人也去的小饭店，服务也不错。可是设施装修有年头了，旧旧的，洗澡间玻璃门都木有用的浴帘，房间虽然有窗但是窗外就是墙，空气不好，特别闷，早餐还行
