酒店原来属于华住集团的，所以电梯需要刷卡上楼，酒店有一个地下停车场，可以停十几辆车，去晚了就要停在路边，晚上21:00-第二天8:00免费，其余时间6元/小时，酒店卫生条件一般，卫生间未打扫干净，下水道有异味，设施也略显陈旧，这些需要改善，不过前台服务人员的态度很好，有一位小姑娘笑的很甜！

酒店还不错，出行方便，地铁，公交车距离很近，楼下就有便利店和水果店，离回民街很近，鼓楼钟楼也不太远，价格比淡季贵了不少，但是能接受，电视不能看，而且绝大部分是收费频道。虽然有些小问题，但是值得推荐！
