非常差的一次入住，大半夜的找到这里，进去发现洗澡间里面是脏的，空调遥控器也是坏的不显示字幕，毕竟也是大半夜的都累，也就什么都没说就睡了，可是到了今中午退房，人家说晚班给白班交接说我没有交押金！没有交押金能让我住吗？而且我还有押金单的！然后查个监控查了一个多小时！！！最后监控显示人家把钱收了。这就是酒店服务？这就是酒店服务人员的人品？这次这样诬赖我说是没有交押金，那么下次呢？怪不得入不了星级，正儿八经的星级服务是大到金额类小到大头针都不能贪，不然就是一只老鼠坏了一锅汤。这样让别人怎么想，还以为整个酒店都是这样呢？还以为是黑店呢！
