店地理位置好。交通便捷，距离地铁站与公交站都很近。窗外即是明城墙。去永宁门、钟鼓楼、碑林博物馆步行即可。大堂宽敞明亮，房间干净整洁，温度和水温适宜，硬件设施也不错，餐厅也行，适合各种口味的客人。性价比高。

位置就在永宁门旁边，部分房间可以看到城墙景观，距离地铁站走路三分钟，酒店门口可以停车。这次出来开始有一些小波折，后来在李经理的协调下顺利解决，父母都非常满意，感谢李经理的优质服务

第一点，因为酒店管理层吝啬，所以中央空调不给开，我开了一宿空调温度反而升高了
第二点，前台管理混乱，我订的房间不含早餐在前台单买的早点，且前台坚持不给早餐卷并说明就餐时直接报房号就可以，但当我就餐时餐厅要求必须有早餐卷，没办法我只能和餐厅人员去往前台说明情况
第三点，前台工作人员不细心，在单独购买早餐的情况下，未告知早餐提供时间
第四点，餐厅工作人员不敬业，早餐时间为7点至9点，早餐回准时结束，9点工作人员回将未吃完的早餐撤回，不管9点进场的客人，反而会提醒客人早餐已结束
第五点，我不知道作为星级宾馆是如何生存到现在的？或许是和其他单位有合作关系，坑完一波再坑另一波
