订的大床房，跑来说没有大床房给我双床房，因为我去入住是早上十点，就接受了，想着能提前入住也算人性化，入住进来发现卫生还行，地毯很脏，有很多破洞，比宣传图片和评价图片差，因为火车站附近的更好条件的酒店都三四百，入住时间10月6日，觉得这个应该还算性价比可以的了，房间比较大一些。然后订了第二天的华山一日游，490元，他说北上北下，第二天早上在导游那改成西上北下，又补了90元，一共是580。问了别人，从美团或者外面旅行社报这个线路四百多，也就是在酒店报名多了一百多。由于第二天去华山就在这一天又续订了一天房，还是按这个价219收的，结果今天从华山回来一上网看房价变一百三十多了，也就是房费我又多出了八十左右，我打电话到前台要给我补差价，她要让我明天等经理来了跟经理说。真的很无语，电视机换不了台，房间里有台电脑不能用，我现在住这个价格比电脑房都贵五十，心里不平衡，除了客房中心态度还可以外我不知道其他有什么优点，你们说我是给好评还是差评呢？
