服务还是非常好，西安当天36度非常热，进到酒店空调非常舒服，到房间洗个热水澡，盖着厚被子睡了一觉真舒服，房间空调特别给力，完全忘记室外是高温的天气。

每周都会来西安，一如既往地服务好，尤其是前台的cici，每次都很热情，给小朋友送东西小朋友甚是喜欢，房间干净舒服，餐厅还有现摘的蔬菜，很健康

酒店地理位置非常便捷，房间舒适，让我记忆犹新的是酒店的床，我睡眠不好，但该酒店的床垫软硬度非常适中。再说说早餐，这家假日品牌的早餐能吃到挺地道的肉夹馍，广式早茶据厨师师傅说是自做的，味道赞哦！
