很好，保洁员都很有礼貌，干干净净的房间，就是貌似不足25平，应该只有20平吧，而且浴室玻璃房密封不太好，水会溅出来。但是总体很好呀，下次来还定这家，交通方便，钟楼附近，关键是干净，布置也大方舒适。

早上送机差点延误，前台的姐姐帮忙拖着箱子就跑，真的非常感谢了！！！！
每天早上打扫的阿姨都帮忙把房间收拾的很干净！！！！最重要的还帮我把睡衣叠的很整齐，作为一个懒鬼真的很爱这家店了。推荐！！！

酒店位置优越，位于群光广场旁边，斜对面是新华书店钟楼店，靠近钟楼，附近有挺多美食街的，房间卫生整洁，环境质量很好，空气清新，采光也好，房间晚上开灯的话很明亮，隔音可以，给人安全感，西安人民民风纯朴，服务意识很强，挺喜欢这个城市的，望继续努力吧！
