酒店位置超级好，真的误打误撞。去哪儿都方便，步行到古城墙就10分钟，去钟楼5分钟，实在太便利。酒店对面的肉夹馍味道也超赞，晚上大排档烧烤人多的没位置。下次来还住这儿

位置不错，吃饭、逛街、购物都比较方便。房间较小，卫生一般，设施陈旧。服务员绝大多数表面态度比较好，就是不解决问题。下次再到西安，不会住这家旅店了。

如家精选钟楼店所处位置较好，离回民街、钟鼓楼、地铁钟楼站都很近，附近还有开元商场等购物场所。端午节前预定订，精选双人房五百多一晚，订了三晚，住了两晚后发现同程价居然便宜了一百多。房间设施较旧，卫生一般。服务员绝大多数表面态度比较好，但是就是不解决问题。比如卫生间的晾衣绳无法使用，反映给前台后先后来了两个服务员查看，都很客气，都说第二天一定解决，然后就没有下文了。最差的是一个染了浅黄头发的个子较高的瘦小伙儿，我先生问几点退房，他先白了我先生一眼，再懒洋洋地回答。这次的西安之行总体比较愉快，现在交通这么方便，以后肯定还会去西安，但是肯定不会再住这家旅店，也绝不会向亲戚朋友推荐。
