我在艺龙订的无窗房，拿到房卡后发现房子味道很大，然后就去前台商量加价升级。可是，前台人员态度很差，是非常差。如果特价房没法更换，那你好好说话，告诉我就完事了，非要用很不耐烦、高音调吼人的语气说话。赶紧fire那个男生吧，破服务，影响我对酒店的这次整体的体验。
