很喜欢全季酒店的风格，多次入住，但也不是每一家的装修风格都得我心，把西安每家全季都看过了，选择了这家，果然是我喜欢的亚子。💕

提前四天预定的零压床垫大床房，并打电话告知因睡眠不好，请给预留远离电梯的安静房，前台接电话的服务人员说来了会给安排。结果入住时只剩一间临电梯的房，没办法，我只好降级到普通大床间，酒店还不给予退款或补偿。服务太差！
