酒店环境好，房间也很干净，装修也不错，唯一不好的就是我入住的那间房电视看不了，也懒得再找前台了。是个不错的酒店。去市区交通不是特别方便就是了。

房间很宽敞，服务态度也很好，第一天出门叫的快车出去，回来坐的公交车发现很方便，剩下的四天都改做公交了，以为从酒店出来左右两边的公交到钟楼鼓楼、西安城墙各景区都很方便，所以推荐给大家

入住三天，前台热情，可惜客房服务员就不行了，素质有待提高。1/第一天开房，房间还没收拾完，来回跑了4趟，才搞定，客房服务员还一直报怨前台怎么怎么的.2/下午一场大雨酒店停电，窗户四周漏水严重3/晚上点外卖，送上门时正好碰见服务员，就对我说“吃饭时在桌子上吃不要把汤汁滴在床单上，要赔钱的”，这是什么情况.好吧，听你的吃完我们还将垃圾袋特意带出门丢掉。4/住了两天后，不想挪地，又订了两晚，原房间热水器调节不来，要求换了房，调新房后，发现电影不能看，新房卫生间味道大，地上发霉，算了吧，还是换回旧房，前台倒是很快答应了，上楼后客房部的经理大姐不乐意了说“刚换的床单，这下又要再换，你们不能将就住一下，这样来回我很累的，那个VIP电影都被你们合算看了，还要这样那样”，这态度牛掰的，无语了，在我们一在坚持下客房大姐才同意换回原房间，晚上回来果断决定提前一天退房，离开这家酒店，就算不退钱也不住了，还要看脸色住房，惹不起。5/订了3天3晚亲子间，就送一杯咖啡和一天一份早餐，可是酒店门口广告上面明明写着每个房间赠送免费两份早餐，暂且不说早餐品种单一，一家三口3天就一份早餐劵，晕了。6/退房时，前台还要求给五星好评，就送杯子，我才不要。
