长途自驾经过西安，选择了这家酒店，房间很大，服务台旁边还有冰柜可以使用，很方便，不错！

首先，我习惯性好评，除了这次。提前两天永艺龙定的酒店，当天就发短信过来说酒店已确认，但去住店时前台说必须要提前一天打电话预约，否则无房。额 有点小气愤，艺龙定单一直很方便，除了这家。理论了一会之后前台安排了一个房间，二楼，没有电梯，前台说只是二楼而已！且不说客人拎着一大个行李箱，二楼我坐不坐电梯是我的选择，但艺龙上标榜的四星级酒店没有电梯，我确实有点惊讶。值得一提的是房间确实不错，但是第二天早上没热水是什么鬼！？！我已经无语了，还有交通，附近全是建材城，我是去吃土吗？哎 经验之谈:多花些钱住在地铁口，省下的打车钱完全比住在这样的地方划算！

房间无窗，很闷，还停电了一会儿，完全伸手不见五指。最受不了的是没有热水，洗澡要提前放水二十分钟也不一定热。有时候还没有水。我们在豪华房间住了三天，这个无窗的住了一天，真心感觉酒店不专业。太冷了，太偏了，酒店管理体制不行，向管理好的酒店多学习学习！下回不会再去了。
