酒店住宿条件不错，房间面积比较大，可以住下4口之家。比起刚到西安，城墙里边的住宿，要好太多同样的价位，不同的住宿条件，远离城墙里边，离回民街比较远，周边大明宫，适合市中心已经游玩过住宿。在万达广场，万达里边也是不错的地方，吃穿不用发愁了！

以前每次去西安都住的这家，也有介绍给朋友，但是这次让我不是很满意的地方就是，开始一个前台服务太差了，没个笑脸不说，还很不耐烦，和她说话也是爱理不理的，住了两晚我就直接让我家人转到同层别家去住了，保洁阿姨服务还是非常不错的，我自己连续住了4晚，都很好，保洁阿姨做的，直到离店才遇到一个还不错的前台女孩，还是很热情的，管理应该引起重视了，员工培训方面退步了。

体验很差，感觉很业余。
1.一楼没有前台，前台竟然在15F电梯门口摆放的
2.电视是坏的，要前台帮忙打开，无动于衷。
3.房间一体化很差，空调不是中央空调，没有很温馨的感觉.
