服务态度恶劣。去登记的时候前台服务员正好一位顾客吵嘴，这位顾客给朋友登记了一间房，他朋友退房时把押金和房卡一起交给前台，正好今天那位前台服务员休息，现在这位服务员非让顾客自己和当时值班服务员联系，这不是应该她们内部沟通吗？还有我开的是大床房，因为带孩子想多要一床被子，结果服务员说开始说有，等我们出去吃饭回来就说没有，我说别的酒店都可以提供，为啥你们不能呢？服务员说没有就是没有，好理直气壮！有这样的服务员离关门也不远了！
