家庭出行，所以选择了可以入住4人的家庭房，房间大，设施好，卫生好，很满意。
不得不说一下服务，我提前全额付款预订的房间，我们是15：40到的酒店大厅，前台竟然说房间没有打扫出来，我们在大厅等了半个小时，还没有打扫出来。前台接待只是让等！我们有事，没有等了，出门办事，晚上才入住。今天早晨看不了电视，打电话给前台，等了十几分钟，没有人到房间。虽然后来打电话，贾经理，态度很好，都沟通解决了，晚上还送了水果，但是不得不对麗枫的服务提点意见：订单上注明入住时间是12点，15点40了，房间没有打扫出来。前台只会让等，等多久，不知道。如果麗枫重视客户，你们应该针对订单，及时打扫房间，避免顾客到店了等！就算等，半个小时，你们打扫不好一个房间？如果早知道等那么久，我就找艺龙赔付了，艺龙敢说到店无房就赔付，麗枫，除了说抱歉，你敢说赔付吗？非常失望的一次入住。
