这家柠檬酒店。硬件服务都非常棒！酒店很新，硬件设施很好，乳胶床垫，迎宾音乐，电动窗帘，电动电视墙，风光充足，很温馨，安全感强！不间断电源，手机wifi连接房间音响，毛巾分男女不同颜色，处处无不体现酒店的细节体贴，一般的五星酒店都不可能有这样好的配套！服务态度真的很好，地铁一号线通化门站就在楼下，附近市场很多，小吃丰富多样，很方便的说，100%推荐！

本来住的是大床房，结果房间的灯有问题，直接给我们升级成同楼层的商务间，就是空调不行！一晚上热的人睡不好

不得不吐槽一下！外面温度已经38度了，房间开好之后发现空调开不了！热的人满身大汗！既然空调开不了入住的时候前台就应该有告知的义务！经协商最终说把空调给打开，但是这空调这声音我也是醉了，跟拖拉机一样，而且温度根本不行！半夜被热醒！

装修不错，洗漱台在卫生间外面，洗漱用品包装很有特色，房间可以连蓝牙。位置也很方便，通化门地铁口C口出来就能看到大大的酒店标志。服务吧，一进门前台全部起立，但是接电话不是很有礼貌，总体来说很不错，推荐。
