从网上提前订好了房间，坐了一夜火车，到酒店入住，前台告诉没有房间，要等到下午2点之后才能入住，只好把行李先寄存，灰头土脸，拖着疲惫的身体去外面转。中午12点回来，问有没有房间，回答还是没有，只好在大堂坐等。再问，还没有，跟前台说太累了，想早点入住休息，不知是良心发现还是怎样，居然办理入住了。作为高档型的酒店，居然没有吹风机，没有瓶装水，两条毛巾，有一条洗下很多灰，还不如经济型的连锁酒店，住陇海，仅此一次吧。

离火车站很近，去机场的大巴就在楼下，多路公交车就在门口，如果在西安北站下车可以坐地铁到五路口下车，出站往北走右手边约30米就到了。交通特方便。设施虽然有点旧但还是齐全。服务态度好。推荐。

早晨6:30退房，行李依然免费存到下午。地理位置好，离地铁、火车站、万达，都非常近，走路五分钟，购物、游玩非常方便，下次来西安我还会选择陇海大酒店！
